我喜欢观察时尚市场的变化,并对市场变化做出分析。我认为市场营销最主要是针对人,对消费者的喜好、需求的深入了解,才能作出行之有用的营销方案。

在《Sandro》的市场报告中我是从消费者需求的角度做调研其次设计营销方案。比如,我从各个社交媒体中统计Sandro消费者的意见。在中国区的社交媒体上发现有大量的消费者对Sandro的售后存在不满,随后我调研了Sandro在中国的售后模式,最后以品牌利益、消费者感受、市场模式的角度出发去调整售后服务的方案。更改后的方案拉近了与消费者之间的距离。

  《BM Style》是由BM风格上升到Brandy Melville 品牌的分析报告。根据大量的趋势报告和调查问卷得出BM风格流行时效较短的结论。BM在夏季受大量的年轻女孩喜欢,但只限于夏季,所以新鲜感没有持续度。原因是产品单一,对消费者的选择有局限性,并且消费者没有忠实度。改项目为了品牌能继续保持热度设计了三种引流方案。

The revised schedule can narrow the distance with consumers, and brands can also benefit from it.

BM Style is an analysis report on the rise from BM style to Brandy Melville. According to many trend reports and questionnaires, it is concluded that the timeliness of the BM style is relatively short. Many young girls like BM in summer, but only in summer, so the freshness does not last. The reason is that the product is single, consumers' choices are limited, and consumers are not loyal. In order to maintain the popularity of the brand, three drainage schemes have been designed.
